We started by understanding the client’s requirements for creating a centralized e-commerce platform that could simplify puppy discovery, customer communication, and online ordering. Based on these requirements, we planned and developed a user-friendly platform where customers can explore available puppies, view detailed information, place orders, and communicate with breeders. Our development approach focused on providing breeders with efficient tools to manage puppies, customer information, orders, payments, deliveries, and communications from one centralized system. We also integrated CRM capabilities to help manage customer interactions and data more effectively, while ensuring a responsive and convenient experience across different devices.
